This is because our mail to you is being rejected. You are either being denied your First Amendment right to advertise on our website, or you are already a member and your email forwards are being rejected. If you are a current member of WriteAPrisoner.com, your email address may have been replaced with a message asking pen pals to contact you directly at your postal address pending a resolution to this matter. What your institution is doing is illegal and unconstitutional. Courts in Arizona and California agree. Please waste no time in following the instructions below. 1) File an official grievance with your institution. Appeal the complaint as far up as you can. Save every copy of any official paperwork and send it along with a copy of this letter to the American Civil Liberties Union national office at:

2) Contact the following organizations below and let them know that you are being denied your right to free speech by using our services. Tell them that we advised you to write and report this violation of your constitutional right. When writing, please be specific and to the point. Tell them what we do and in what way your institution is hindering your right to use our services. Both you and your family and friends should contact your Governor's office and make an official complaint against your institution. Ask that your letter or phone call be entered into permanent record.
