How likely is it for someone to be transferred to another facility in South Carolina (or anywhere else) when an inmate is sentenced to just a few years to a specific facility?

depending on the situations, such as disciplanaries, security, closeness to family, crowdedness in facility, it can be likely more often than you would think...but depending on the situations i just stated....
