I understand that effective July 1, 2011 a new law Senate Entitled Act (SEA) 366 will prevent the Indiana Dept. of Health from inspecting Indiana State Prisons that are accredited. Who will inspect the prisons - anybody? Does this mean that the State prisons will allow prison employees to do whatever they want with regard to medical care of inmates? What if some guard who has an attitude doesn't feel like letting an inmate have his medicine or be able to have necessary medical care? :a110103_worried_prv:
