I just wanted to reply to a letter I received from a prisoner by email. Seems this only works for the initial contact. I didn't know that.
Does this mean I can only reply to them by mail? Since I am from overseas this is not really a good option.I

Yes, usually the replies go by snail mail. But there are many here from outside the US, including myself. It's not really a problem, the turnarounds a just a bit longer.
What's your problem with being overseas and writing letter to the US?
