Hello everyone,

My brother is incarcerated in Idaho and we always send emails to eachother on Jpay, probably around 10 a day. But these last few days Jpay has been very slow, not only during days we don't receive anything but also some emails take around 5 days or even more to get delivred even if they're short!

I don't know if some of you who have loved ones in Idaho (or any other states) deal with the same issue ?

Also I live in Europe so I'm wondering if it has something to do with that....

I need some really experienced developers who have been able to implement certain concepts into my product. This is why it is so important to attract talented teams with new ideas and an understanding of technology. Where can I find command like this to help me with this?

I have every chance to increase efficiency and automation and I know that I have to work to the greatest degree with Salesforce. That is why I advise you to look and see the salesforce custom development , study here and see that you have to help them. It's easier and faster then. I did and didn't regret that myself.

For what it's worth, JPay just did an app update the other day. If you keep the app (and your mobile device software) up to date, maybe it helps? I dunno. Couldn't hurt, I guess. It really frosts me when I hear about this. Me, I'm just a friend writing to friends, but I think spouses and family should get VIP treatment and go directly to the front of the line. Best wishes it all sorts out :-)

Or, instead of just wishing, maybe you can channel that energy to the powers that be? Maybe write a concise, firmly worded letter to JPay and copy the warden at Orofino? If you’d have asked me a while back if I’d be writing to senators, governors, executive directors, wardens, etc. on my prisoner friends’ behalf, I would have looked at you sideways. But I’m shameless these days. If someone’s not following their own rules and fucking with my friends, I’m in zero-tolerance mode in a heartbeat and I'll shout it from the mountaintops. (do NOT fuck with my friends!!!)

My husband is at Orofino and his emails are barely coming through.  We send several and one may be delivered out of 5.  It makes it hard on the family and I know it makes it hard on them.  JPay needs to fix their crap!!

Hi!!

I recently started talking to someone new who's incarcerated in Idaho. The first time I JPay'd him, I got a response the same day. The last email I sent was delivered last Thursday(Jan. 10) and I still haven't gotten a reply. I sent another email yesterday(Jan. 13) just to say that I wasn't ignoring him. I don't think he got that email either. Kind of sucks and I'm not sure what's going on.

P.S. I live in Canada and usually my emails don't take too long to be delivered so I don't think it's the distance.

You're in good company, Shelby. Just yesterday, I got an email my friend in Washington State sent on 27 December - eleven days in transit! It's been unreliable in both directions for a while now, and probably makes no difference if you're stateside or not. I'm in the U.S. (WT actual F, JPay!)
