I got a call that a friend who’s in prison wanted to add me to their phone list. The automated voice said to press 1 if I accept and press 2 if I don’t. I pressed 1 and the voice said the same message again and I had to press 1. It happened like 4 times, which I kept pressing 1. Then at the end it said “goodbye” and hung up. I’m just wondering if went through and accepted me on his list. Anyone had similar issues?

Hello @ibvvv I had the same issue the first time I received a call from my friend who's in prison. And what I did is register on ConnectNetwork (GTL) which is the inmate services for phone calls. You'll have more info on their website https://web.connectnetwork.com/new-to-connectnetwork/ but basically they ask for the inmate ID, your phone number, your basic contact info.
And once I did that, the next time I received the automated call and I pressed 1 in order to be added to his phone list it worked. And hence then receive his phone calls.
