Hi everyone,

now, I'm writing to three ppl via Jpay. My TX pp can only just receive them, but the twp others can (and do!) reply via Jpay also. But now Ijust encountered a problem I never had so far.

I was off from Wed afternoon till now due to some personal life stuff requiring physical absence from home, time and presence elsewhere. So after coming back home now, of course I checked my Jpay inbox. Both guys who can do so wrote me a msg and I got two notifications in my email account just as well.

When I go to my Jpay inbox and log in I see Inbox (2) so far so good. But I can only open (and reply) to one of them. Whenever I click on the other one to open it, it's just redirecting me to the page, now (correctly) stating Inbox (1), but for the life of me I can not open this email. It always just redirects me to the site. I logged off and logged in again, even rebooted my laptop altogether (I use Jpay on a laptop, no smartphone app at all), but I just can't open this email.

Anyone ever had this, too? Suggestions welcome.

Kirsten

I sent an email to Jpay but God knows how long it might take until they get back to me...

Oh, sorry for bein' late, Freebird, just sae this. Yeah, I almost pulled my hair out when trying to find the msg., like having a new one and seeing none.

But overall, I like Jpay a lot. Much better and easier than GTL. Never tried Corrlinks, can't saying anything about that. Never had anyone in the Feds.

Ah the delights and frustrations of JPay. Kirsten I went through precisely the same scenario a while back, and just like you found the offending message more by accident than design. Just occasionally the system seems to have a glitch and not place them in the right sequence or order, and if one is delayed for whatever reason, it just lurks unseen below the visual radar. Glad you found it and normal service was resumed, along with your sanity! lol

Oh, my goodness! Problem solved! I scrolled doqwn and scrolled down and scrolled and found a jpay by that inmate sent on 31 st of July which just found its way into my inbox yesterday after a few that were later sent, but shorter.

Ok, another thing learnt. *lol* Kirsten, scroll down until you find that bold printed jpay even it was sent a week ago! Heaven's sake! Incredible.

*laughing*
