They aren't doing video visits via Securus. You have to phone Visitation for the Unit your pp is on and the visit is through Google Meet.
Name on the email address is unimportant. You need to fill out a visitation application through the Azcorrections site and use your legal name. I used my passport number and this was fine (I'm in England). I'm not sure if they accept other forms of ID overseas but your identity card should be ok. Then you have to pay the visitation fee of $25 which can be done through Jpay or Keefe.

Hello can you help me please ?

I'm using "SecrusTech" for my Arizona PP, on the application there is written "Securus videos connect" and «  personal photos and government ID » is that means, I must send a picture of me ? And «  Government ID » means what please ? an identity document ? I am French I only have a driving license or my identity card

Thank you very much :)

You have to apply to be on their 20 list (visitation list) and pay the $25 dollar fee.
They do a background check and it can take up to a couple of months to be approved.
Once you're an approved visitor you can call up the Units visitation department and book a visit.

Bonjour Jena,
