Does anyone else have this problem, that jpay can't be accessed? Since this week the site doesn't load any more, also the jpay-app doesn't work any more (phone has the latest update).

Doesn't matter from which IP address I try (on other people's computer it also doesn't work), also not even when I use a proxy.

I keep getting a warning from 'SonicWall' that the site has been blocked by the network administrator.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks

I have used TunnelBear and it gave me access one time, and now the page won't load again, even if I change locations to Russia, Germany or the States. The software says I still have data to browse, but to no avail. In a way it's sort of 'good' to know that I am not the only one who is having problems with jpay. We thought our IP got blocked for some reason!

I would love to for sure :) !!! And then you also have to come (back with me) to the coast, to Al Hoceima. We'll go to the beach and sit in one of those tent-like accomodations and eat their eggs and tomatoes dish!

Carmen!  What a small world it is!  I'm  a recent transplant in Morocco, originally from the US;  I'm still learning to speak Darija and Amazigh (Berber), and French...and learn about the culture...so I can't pass for a native Moroccan by any means.  Maybe just an adopted one. :)  That's so nice you've been here and have ties here!  I live outside of Marrakech, SE towards Ourika, on a little orchard farm.  If you ever come to Morocco again...you should definitely look me up, it would be amazing to have a chat over a tagine!  :)

Oh, mjuran, do you live in Morocco? My best friend Saadia (or my Moroccon sister as we call each other) is also from Morocco and I've been there several times. She now lives in the Netherlands, but she was born in Imzuren and she and her husband have a house in Al Hoceima now. Oh, I have such fond memories of being there!

Beslama!

It's being flaky for me too here in Morocco, sometimes.  Like right now it's not letting me send a letter--thank god I copied all my text before it disappeared.

But I've never had to use a VPN to reach JPay so far.  I hope that doesn't change.

Here in the U.S., for me anyway, JPay has been kind of flaky for the last several days. I've experienced very long pageload times on their website and login errors on their mobile app.

Hi Sarieke, I think you live in The Netherlands. Toch?

Jpay seems to have some security issues with their Dutch site. They recommend you use a VPN, like Tunnelbear, to appear coming from another country. Germany worked fine for me. If you have any further questions about VPN, I will answer them; no problemo!
