Can i take a uber to visit an inmate because i do not drive. ?

Is there somewhere i can store my phone and purse during my visit ?

Yes, you can take uber/lyft to visit a prison. You can double-check with the person you want to visit but almost all prisons have lockers in the visitor's check-in room. Some prisons charge 25 cents for a locker so call ahead and find out.
