Gone But I hope I’m Not Forgotten

Here today but as the wind blows I sway but neither here or there
I’m planted in drab shades of grey, from black I fade, I’m gone…
Hope I am still here and present in the minds of some, though the majority of them
Deaf or dumb or maybe just mindless ones in a zone of timeless webs of thought
Silkly spun.

Hope I am not forgotten…Hope I’m still etched in the stone of hearts and
Carved in the depths of minds, that overstands the test of time, if my brain coughs or Sneezes will you like…Bless my mind?

Maybe that was a little far fetched for you to catch my rhyme, pardon me but I’m
Pressed for time, I’m gone but hope not forgotten…
