Hi! I’m April Ulrich; potential pen pal and LASP beekeeping spokesperson! :) I'm interested in intelligent conversation of all kinds, and hope to form long term friendships with people from all walks of life. Beekeeping helps lift my spirits in here, but don’t let the bees frighten you away – even the scariest bees can give honey! :)
I am an only child, and since my mom's passing in 2017, find pen pals more important than ever as a source of news and companionship. I have time to read and like strong female characters and well written plots. My free world interests were art, travel, cultural festivals, hiking, camping, yoga and photography. Originally from Virginia, I moved to the Atlanta, Georgia area in 1986 to pursue my career in the printing/graphic art industry.
If you'd like to write me so we can introduce ourselves properly, either send a letter or log onto JPay.com and sign up with my inmate ID (0001262843) and state (Georgia). If you want to write me, read this website's helpful hints about mail rules but please note that my facility has a few specific rules – you must use a COMPLETE return address (so don’t use initials for your name or it'll be returned), also staff might remove envelope flaps, pre-printed address labels or stamps in case you’ve hidden a helicopter behind them. Please include your name and address in your letter also, in case no semblance of an envelope remains!
I have an extremely long sentence for what to me was protecting my child, but have heard my re-sentencing motion is being considered, so if you happen to be Perry Mason, please also write as any legal advice to this artist and mother would be invaluable.
I'll look forward to hearing from you.
