Meet Billy:

Long-Term "Vacationer" Seeking Pen Pal

You could say I’ve been on the ultimate cross-country tour—just not the kind where you get to choose the stops. My name’s Billy, and since 1983, I’ve been on a journey where you trade in your tickets and luggage for cuffs and ankle irons. I’ve had the “pleasure” of seeing the inside of prisons in more states than most folks visit on vacation.

During this unplanned tour, I’ve picked up some unique skills, like beading in the American Indian style. Creativity has been my best friend, and I’ve become pretty crafty—not just with beads, but with finding ways to keep my sense of humor alive. I might not be one for long, flowery letters, but I believe in the power of a good laugh and the comfort of a genuine connection.

The days here can get repetitive, but swapping stories and sharing a few jokes can make all the difference. I’m looking for a pen pal, especially a woman over 55, who might appreciate hearing from someone who’s truly been around the block—literally and figuratively. We probably have more in common than you’d think, and I’d love to share some stories, have a few laughs, and maybe even build a friendship that brightens both of our days.

So, if you’re up for exchanging letters with a guy who’s seen a bit of everything, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s start writing and see where this journey takes us!
