Seeking help with legal research:
Willing to correspond outside of the U.S.:
My name is Bobby E.Hazel. I am a 64 year old prisoner who is serving an illegal sentence pertaining to a conviction for Murder,in which the United States Government officials and a former defense lawyer have conspired with one another to conceal exculpatory evidence; a "videotape that will exonerate me of the murder”. The discovery of the videotape from a letter that a defense lawyer forward to the prosecutors, and other defense lawyers alleging that he is in possession of the videotape and that he will make copies for inspection. The letter was never forwarded to me.
After discovering the letter, I filed a motion to the court to compel the government to release the videotape. Thereafter, the government responded to the motion alleging that the government contacted the former defense lawyers who allege that they do not recall the videotape. The court denied my request for an evidentiary hearing and for discovery, because I did not have any pending pleadings before the court.
My journey seeking for access of the videotape I filed a request under the Freedom of Information Act Request to the FBI and to the US Department of Justice. Approximately a year passed before I was informed that the DOJ had found the documents and instructed the FBI to release the videotape. On August 22, 2017, the FBI contacted me alleging that my request been put on a waiting list. It has been over a year since the FBI contacted me.
I am in imminent danger due to my health deteriorating and any and all legal help and friendship is appreciated.
