My name is Gene. I'm a 67 year old African American, and I've been technically illegally incarcerated for 45 years. Due to the fact that I don't have the means to hire a lawyer, I'm being denied justice.
I've written to many black people, such as Atty. Ben Crump, NAACP, and many others who say that "Black Lives Matter". They are correct, but at the same time they all exclude the black lives unjustly warehoused in prisons. I also wrote to many news media (60 Minutes, 20/20, DateLine, 48 hours) and to many black authors of books against racism, but my plea falls on deaf ears -- none of them will help me in my dire time of need to fight this racist injustice I am struggling with.
I was attacked by a white supremacist, and an officer encouraged him on to kill me! The Ross County DA lied to the Grand Jury, and the Ohio Public Defender's Office unethically refused to represent me. I have a letter from that office telling me that they'll never represent me because I had filed a complaint against them previously. A lawyer in the case told me that it is normal for black people to have a low IQ and the judge used worse derogatory language. In Ross and Hamilton Counties they failed to investigate my case. Please see: Rickman vs. Bell, 131 f, 3d, 1150, 1157 (6th Cir. 1995) and Dickerson vs. Bagley, 453, f. 3d. 690, 696 (6th Cir. 2006).
I am pleading to anyone with true love for justice to please help me in my dire time of need. What's being done to me goes against all the intended principles and rule of law. In the name of humanity, please have some compassion and empathy in your hear to reach out and help me. No money equals NO JUSTICE!
