Just looking for communication. I was arrested at 18 for drug charges and sentenced to 20 years. I haven't even started a life yet, and so much will change by the time of my release.
I'm going to college while inside and have a 4.0 GPA—just a smart kid who made some very dumb decisions. I quickly realized that everyone who said they would be there for me is nowhere to be found. At 18, I was honestly so naïve to believe that. However, I do have a great support system with my family.
