Hey world, much peace and blessings be upon those who are reading this (and those who aren’t)… I open this letter with respect and a clear mind.
I was conversing with a friend of mine and he told me that the reason I am on this website is because I am looking for love. My response was, “Maybe I am”. I just want to say that as a society we are embarrassed by love. We treat it as if it were an obscenity we reluctantly admit to it. Even saying it makes us stumble and blush. Love is the most important thing in our lives, a passion for which we would fight or die, and yet we’re reluctant to linger over its name. Without a supple vocabulary, we can’t even talk or think about it directly, though at this point, I am just looking for a friend. I am not intimidated by love like most men are… Love comes with great risks.
Let me tell you ladies a little about me. I am very affectionate, spontaneous, and love to mix ingredients like, care, recognition, respect, commitment, and trust, as well as honest, and open communication. I am not controlling at all. I love to laugh and have fun. I respect a woman’s individualities and I want them to respect mine as well.
My thoughts and feelings tend to wonder when I write, so I apologize… Commitment to telling the truth lays the groundwork for the openness and honesty that is the heartbeat of love. When we can see ourselves as we truly are and accept ourselves, we build the foundation for self-love.
We have all heard the maxim, “If you do not love yourself, you will be unable to love anyone else”. What I am trying to say is, love yourselves ladies.
I am looking for someone 18 or older, down to Earth, loves to laugh, have fun, has career goals, optimistic, enthusiastic, adventurous, loves music and animals, exercises, have knowledge of themselves, is compassionate, love affection, have a sense of humanity, isn’t a narcissist, travels, and loves learning.
