Luis Nuńez is 41 years old and incarcerated in Virginia, USA

Hello, it is my hope and prayer that this letter finds you in the best of health, care, open heart and mindedness, to allow me to convey my message to you. My name is Luis Manuel Nuńez, Jr. but my family and friends call me Manny.

I am Puerto Rican/Dominican, 6ft and 225 lbs. I am a father of two amazing children. I consider myself to be adventurous. I enjoy traveling, beaches, amusement parks, sports, jet skiing, motorcycle riding and so much more.

Today, with limits set on me by the prison system, I spend my time exercising, playing sports, reading and furthering my education. I currently achieved completion in both educational and social programs, such as Custodial Maintenance, Thinking for a Change, Anger Management, Servesafe, Tutor Training, Victim Impact, Computer Introduction and Computer B.S.A , just to name a few. 

I am enthusiastically searching for true friendship. Someone I can trust in time of need; Someone I can talk to in time of loneliness and someone to lift my spirits when I’m feeling lousy. Oprah Winfrey, while speaking about friendship, once said, “Lots of people want to ride with you in the limo, but what you want is someone who will take the bus with you when the limo breaks down.”

The qualities I look for in you are hopefully the qualities you can find in me and more. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
