In the End
7/20/2022

Friends often come and go

And it’s often hard

For you to know if you have found a true friend

One that will stay with you (‘til the end)

I am not a possessor of a crystal ball

So I don't know what the future holds

But I do know that I will care about you

And be loyal to you until we get old

Or for as long as you allow

I want to be the one to make you smile

And I’ll fight you if you ever with me and frown

I’ll do my best to care and support you

No matter what you do

I would never allow anyone or myself to disrespect you.

Nor do anything to make you blue

I will remain real and true while defending

Our friendship through and through

All the seasons, through good and bad

Happy or sad nut with you’ll never get mad

Being your friend

I am a loyal friend you can depend on. Talk

Or cry on

So please believe this true I’ll love you ‘til

the end if you allow me to.
