For two years, we fought against a judge in a small town before he was handed an extreme sentence of 20 years (10 + 10 for two charges) with no chance of parole, no time served, and no evidence against him. The Supreme Court has ruled that one of the sentences was indeed extreme and granted him back his chance of parole on that charge. The other charge still has a chance for the same ruling, but the original judge denied Robert legal assistance before retiring.
