A fifteen minute lapse in judgment has cost me dearly. Seven years in prison. During this state-mandated vacation, I have made every effort to make necessary improvements upon myself, uniting my mind, body and spirit.
For the mind, I’m enrolled in a college program here at the prison and I am striving toward my Associate’s Degree. This has allowed me rediscover my love for history and foreign languages. I read a lot and like to connect the two.
Being in prison affords me a great deal of free time which allows me to focus on my healthy by staying physically active and working out.
My spirit has been awakened by the Gods of my ancestors and I am an active member of the Odinistic Rite.
With two and a half years of my incarceration remaining, I plan to obtain my Associate’s degree before transferring to a four year University. Right now I am learning French as part of my language requirement, and I am familiar with Russian due to my heritage. I have also developed a working understanding of Spanish and Italian.
Some people say that the practice of handwritten letters is a dying art, just like cursive writing. I still practice both, and it is my belief that the best way to get to know someone is through long, meaningful letters. Please allow me this opportunity to lay the foundation for a lasting friendship. Please contact me via paper mail or through my JPay account.
