My name is Terry Lange. I've heard a lot about WriteAPrisoner and decided to give it a try. I'm from Houston, Texas, but I have traveled extensively and lived in California as well. I love sports, music, and exotic foods; I also hunger for knowledge, new experiences, and learning new languages. I'm intrigued by different cultures and religious beliefs, and I appreciate good company.
It would be an honor to hear from people who can enlighten me about their achievements and even failures that led to them being who they are today. This would help encourage my spiritual being and emotional awareness. I'm looking for a mentor or friend who sees life from a different perspective.
I've never known anyone to read the first chapter of a book and be able to conclude how the story will end. All I ask is to be judged by my deeds, to be seen for who I am, not what words may say about me. Get to know me for yourself, not from a piece of paper's point of view.
I am seeking to meet people who are positive-minded and emotionally sound. I am at a point in my life where I am making a change for the better, concentrating on building my character. I enjoy reading business, self-help, and religious books. I write poetry and music, work out religiously, and meditate daily. I've been in school, and all I need is the math portion to complete my GED.
Upon my release, I plan to attend college, open a barbershop and culinary business, and do real estate. I'm using my time wisely by not letting my past mistakes stop my future success. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I've enjoyed writing it.
