A young, immature me made some decisions that led to a lengthy prison term, but not once did I allow myself to believe that this would define my life in totality. My incarceration has been a marathon, one that has had obstacles and battles. I used them to prepare, better, and educate myself for success beyond these circumstances. I held on to knowing that no storm lasts forever. My faith and support system keep me focused on adding happiness to my life. Though my confinement is temporary, my essence is forever.

I am a father. Family-oriented. Driven with intention. Passionate, with a great sense of humor, understanding that positivity can light the darkest room. Not into drama and confusion, effective communication is key. I love sports, music, and reading. Dedicated to being educated and healthy. Currently enrolled in college, having obtained my associate degree in Liberal Arts. I am also pursuing associate degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration.
