Older but Younger!

In 1900 the average was about 45, by 1935 the average age was 55, today it is close to 80. that is why there are Drs. and other out there that say that a average is 10 years younger than there age. Remember average person, doesn't smoke, doesn't use drugs, and in general takes care of themself , new meds, and better food and other things, so that 50 is more like 40 , and so on. 60 is more like 50. Just something that I read.

Mine is younger..he is 6 years younger than me.. He loves it though he calles me his old lady....

I have 3 PPs. Two are 29 and one is 28...I'm 46. We have all decussed the age difference. None of them ever minded but after i send them pictures they keep asking them to tell them my true age because i look 30. HaHa such sweet talkers! The man i'm about to marry asked for proof which i proudly provided, the second thought when i told him my age it was a typo, and the third always remarks in his letters that I think, look, and act so young. I explain, i'm not quite ready for the old age home yet.

mine are all older than me and my fav pal is 15 years older than me. Says in my pictures he can see I am 24 but in my letters he would never know it.

I do have one question. It's the samething if a guy is out here or inside, why is it when you tell them that your in your 40's they find it more of a turn on that you look the way you do at your age???? They always reply that's hot mamma!!!

My special pal is 7 yrs younger, 2 younger in mid 30's and one in his 50's. They all cant believe I am 47. I feel like I am much younger than my age also. :):"

my PP is 9 years younger that I am, she is good for me , I look forward to her being out of there , and 9 years is not all that much these day.

I saw a news program where they had the nerve to call older women dating younger men "Urban Vultures",,,However all the younger men insisted that THEY preferred older women.

I recently sent a newspaper article to my PP about a woman who had a baby at age 63.
Under the article, I had written, "Hey!!?? :-))"
Of course, she is 68, and she never responded, so I don't know what she thought.
Probably strapping on her chastity belt. :-))

Only you Bud! Hahaha. But she will be older than 68 by the time she gets out and you give her 6 months and then the wedding and then you need time alone without kids as newly weds ect ect. But I would be ok with a surrogate (younger pouch to carry that load for me) having babies is just way too taxing after 35,,,it depeletes your calcium levels too quickly especially if you breastfeed,,ok maybe going too far now,,,LOL

My #1 pal is 18 years younger and #2 is 13 years younger. My friends tease me all the time saying I hang around playgrounds to find boyfriends. I tell them they can have those rusty ol' men...not me!

When I first wrote my pp age (his or mine) wasn't an factor. he is 19 years younger than me... I sent him my picture - he said I was "smokin hot" ... couple months go by, I told him my age ... he says it's not an issue, never will be. It's all good ...!

mine range in age from 16 (wrote to him privately) to 31 and I am 26 so they are all different ages. This doesnt matter to me because I write on a purely friendship basis.

I think the reasons why young women might want older men are different than the reasons why young men might want older women: money vs. sex & money. >:-)

My male PP (is a younger amle though only 5 years or so) Once i mentioned in a letter that Debra Harry from Blondie was a little before his time ( I meant it onnocently as i was not sure if he remembered her) and he got a bit defensive and started making comment that "you think I am too young for you now?" I was astounded as I had not thought the comment would inflict such worry. I mean the perception of time can be greatly changed in prison because they fear they are loosing a huge hunk of their for obvoious reasons so becareful what you say in any regard to age if some advice.

Asha, I had that same experience with a guy I dated. He hated it whenever I pointed out anything that confirmed that I was older than he was. As I recall, the age difference wasn't so great, like 5 years, but he had the same reaction as your penpal.

My pals are aged 34, 38,43 and 47 and I'm 40 so theres no problems with the age thing.
Most of my friends that I knock around with here in the uk are aged between 18 and 50 and I enjoy the company of all of them even though we have different opinions on certain subjects. Whats age though it's only a number to me.

My pp is 24. I`m 46. I was anticipating some problems, but most were unfounded. What could have been a bit uncomfortable turned out to be learning experiences for both of us. I know I could have handled some things better, but she occasionally reminds me that I sometimes sound more like a dad than she cares to admit. Looks like she will be coming home in June. Our first meeting should be quite interesting! Jerry

Alright my special gal, girlfriend, well Kathy yall know her by now, LOL. She's actually only 31 and I'm 41, she's got 4 years left and when she gets out she wants to have kids, with me! Wow, that's been an obstacle for me to overcome, I never thought of it anymore, but I love her so much I will do anything for her, include give her kids, no matter how many she wants, as long as it works, she can have as many as she can! Gosh did I actually say that!

I'll be 20 next month and my PP is 28...so there is a bit of an age difference there...

But I always HAVE liked older men teehee...

I sure hope its not always about sex and money ,,even tho that always plays a big factor no matter how old or young you are.
Most young men tell me,,they like the stability and knowledge of older women,,Hmmm maybe that does break down to money and good sex,,ok nevah mind! LOL
