I just watched a progarm about the place and yes it is new , put place for what the state said is the worse of the bad. This place is for men and it is in lock down 23 hr a day. In Wis. people in that place get only out of 12 x 6 , 4 hrs per week. No windows are all just a sky light, the Nazi would have proud of this place, there are over 400 people in this place, I just question do all of them belong in there. YES there are bad people out there, but can some of them be helped in some way ??? Ok I could on and on, but you get the idea.

One of my pps is only out of cell 6 hours a week in Iowa... he is not dangerous or anything else. Stupid rules sometimes!
where in wisconsin is this facility?
Iam not sure what city that it is close to, but it cant be that hard to find out, see what I can find out.
