Why Connect network is not working?

I decided to sign up on Connect network .com to talk more with one of my pp. I created my account but every time that i try to sign up, my computer and evan my phone always told me that the syte is too slow and i cant sign. Is down today for some reasons or i've done something wrong (im from italy, i don't even know if it works here)
