Hi,
I've recently started talking to a PP and we're trying to figure out the easiest and quickest way to talk. He explained they have eMessaging facilities, but when I try to go in and set this up for us, it says they don't have the facilities in his location?
Is this an issue anyone else is having or am I doing something wrong?

Yeah. That's why I tend to send any photos as Snap N Send now!
Thanks! No response yet from yesterday, but I included 4 photos so hopefully I'll hear soon.
Usually just a couple of minutes, I've found with Lewis. Occasionally they can take a couple of days if they're long though or have photo attachments.
My man and I can pretty much hold a normal conversation, back and forth, so fast that it doesn't feel like he's even in prison.
Thanks so much for helping. I managed to get it to work by creating a new account. I find Securus a little temperamental! just out of curiosity, how long does it take for an eMessaging to reach an inmate? I know it has to be approved my the facility first.
You're just selecting the emessaging and adding the inmate with their number?
Yes, using Securus. I've tried so many times and each time it says they don't have it in their location... unsure what to do
