High Desert State Prison, Susanville, Cali

Hi guys,

Was just wondering if anyone has a penpal in the High Desert Staten Prison, Cali? I stay in contact with my penpal through JPay and phone calls but haven't heard anything for a good 24hrs now which knowing him as well as I do now it's very unusual. Just wondering if it's a prisonwide thing because they're switching to Getting Out.com service or if it may be a segregated issue with him. He and myself have been having problems lately with JPay so...any insight will be helpful.
