Hey, the JPay website keeps on glitching to no fault of my own - I only message one inmate and have them selected constantly but when I purchase stamps they keep purchasing for other states. Anyway JPay won't refund me or reply to me so - I have 64 stamps for Colorado state prison system - does anyone have an inmate they want me to add so I can transfer the stamps to them?
seems pointless to waste them. I had to delete the other Inmates so that the glitch wouldn't keep happening so I dunno how to get rid of them. I also have 77 for Texas

Can any one please give us an idea of how this system works with JPay?  l sent an email to my chosen inmate 4 weeks ago and am not sure what is happening as l have never yet received a reply. l do trust him to send something, even if just a few lines. So does anybody know if they can use JPay every day or if the inmates have available ipads to each one who wants to use them?  or is there a qeue to wait for the use of the ipad? ....l mean l would welcome ANY feedback please. Snailmail only took 4 days form door to  door l would have thought that emails would have been received within minutes for any inmate but who knows?? l find it a bit disconcerting by now

If you are able to I have a inmate

Hello, I believe that Colorado and Texas inmates cannot use Jpay stamps because they can only reply via physical mail. We on the outside use Jpay stamps to write to them but they cannot reply using them. So you won't be able to transfer stamps to an inmate. Have you thought of maybe getting a penpal from Colorado?
