When purchasing a Gift profile how long does it actually take?

Hi I purchased a gift profile 2 July 2023 it's now the 7 Aug 2023 and my brother has not received his profile gift notice from your company. Nor have I received any notice since the initial confirmation of purchase. Can I have assistance?

I purchased a gift profile in June and he still hasn't received anything - please either refund my purchase or provide proof that it was mailed and received.

Posted in February for my brother. It is still pending and been over 30 days.  How long until his profile is approved?

We will mail the inmate notice of your profile gift within three business days via postal mail, and the inmate will be able to provide the information needed to activate the profile.
