Hey everyone, I don't know if it's just me, but some things like phone calls and video visits are kind of harder to understand for non-Americans. Especially when you're new to it. That's why I thought the idea of a group was great where you can help each other if you have questions or just to talk. Anyone else interested? :)

Hi, we have a group for Germans and Austrians on Facebook with the corresponding WhatsApp group. On Facebook you can find us at german Prisen wives.
hey did you create a group? I have interest
Hey Camille
Your email was printed and send as physical mail. BUT: They do it only 2 times each month, on the 7th and 23rd. So your letter was probably only send today. As you live abroad it can now easely take a month or more till you get a response.
Patience is key. Even if you had the letter send yourself it's a guess how fast it reaches his destination. (my fastest letter got there within 10 days. Mostly it's around two weeks to the US and two to three weeks to Europe)
You can always shorten the gap between letters by writing another one.
Bonne chance :o)
Hi, what is the name of this group please?
Yes I think is a great idea im intrested
These groups exist already, even though mostly on Facebook. Personally, I'm always open to network and connect, but I see no need for myself for another group.
Regards from Germany,
Kirsten
I think it is a lovely idea but tbh I think this post will go to pages 2 and 3 and so on. People cannot find it and they will post their questions as they have done all along on the general forum.
Thanks for proposing it, that's really nice.
