Hi,
I got an email that JPay Email has been converted to securus eMessaging.
However, I cannot link my jpay account to a securus account because securus will only allow you to create a US, MExico or Canada based user.
I can't be the only one having this issue. How do you deal with this?
Customer service doesn't respond at all...

I am very sorry you're having this issue. Since you have already tried their customer support (https://www.jpay.com/ContactInfo.aspx), you may want to try and make a post to their social media.
