Hey all,
I've been email with a prisoner in the florida system. My emails leave jpay and are in my sent box. But the prison keeps flagging them for content even though Im talking about mundain stuff. Has this happened to anyone else.
Ive wrote about family (no names mentioned) a recent death in the family. My home town. The weather, my interest.
I'm just so confused as to what might be causing it to get flagged.

You're allowed to mention names in emails. You might want to ask your pen-pal to look into it on his end and see what the prison officials have to say? Otherwise, maybe try contacting the prison and ask to speak with your pen-pals counselor to figure out why? I've only had one Jpay video denied and well, I know why. lol. Also, one more thought maybe send a letter or two to see if they make it through. If they don't you will receive the letter back and they will receive word one was rejected.
