Hey just wondering if anyone has had problems with emails being sent or received in FL. Am in the UK & recieved a letter after email didn't send. But for some reason it took a month. I've mailed a letter after not receiving any emails from the end of July till the 2nd Oct.. I had ems the night before just by pure chance to see if she got my email. But it was from her, asking if I got the letter in the mail, & her emails. I'd not been & seems like she's not been getting mine. I contacted jpay a night mare as usual. Was told all emails been sent & is up to the facility if they're passed on. I explained that I know they're monitored, I don't write anything that's not allowed, & I knew simple emails like hi just checking if you got my email & are you OK. That would defy be passed on but knew from letter written way after & posted they'd not been received.
I wondered if it could be a problem with my account, so decided to set up another one with my other email, I've bought a pack stamps for about £3 & sent email. Hoping that goes through.
But does shrine know if this has been a problem or if there is a reason they haven't sent.. Especially since some are basic with nothing to stop them being passed on.

Any help appreciated
