Im trying to list my nephew profile however I’m confused . It ask for the name of correctional facility then it says street address who’s address are they asking for the inmates or the actual facility ?n

Same thing they told me but I don't have no one writing my son it's been a month and his profile is still not featured or even a welcome kit. The account is paid in full.

Processing profiles takes around 12 days from the time the money gets through. With the holidays it could maybe be a bit more.

I know it can be frustrating and confusing. We here are merely registered forum members, mostly writing to one or several incarcerated ppl as penpals.

If you have questions about a specific profile, we can't help you. You've got to email write a prisonevr directly. The addy is . g e n e r a l - i n f o r m a t i o n @ w r i t e a p r i s o n e r. c om (minus the spaces, of course).

Tip. use the inmate's name and # in the subject line of your email, thereby it'll be easier to handle your request.

I paid $65 for an inmates profile(Brandon Nichols #343702) before I actually filled out and submitted the profile info. After I completed the profile info, it's now asking me to pay again. Can you make sure the payment I made is applied toward his profile and post it. Also, let me know if in fact the profile info was saved. Thank you

Hey I'm trying to set up my brothers account but I'm having such a hard time I am usually fine with understanding this online stuff but I don't understand why this is so complicated. Now I'm thinking I set up an account for myself when that's not what I was trying to do. Maybe there's customer service that ca. help but dealing with anything prison wise whether it's commissary, adding minutes to phone the people are just so rude and act like they're so much more entitled than us family members and it pisses me off. I don't know if you've ever had to deal with GTL or Telmate but they can be some cruel people. I'm gonna look for a customer see I've number if I don't hear any hopeful information from you. Sarah, what email address are you talking about? That's unclear for me. Since you posted on one of The Germans here threads as well, you might get back at me there and rephrase it in German. Maybe I'll know what you mean then...

Shaddy: If you can still see that profile, then there's a link "Renew profile for x (name of the inmate) ". Use that one and follow what it says.
