Does anyone know how to send money to my PP from the UK? He's in North Carolina. The thing is, I've got no clue whatsoever and also I can't really afford to send him that much. If I can't send him much, will it probobly cost me more to actually send the money than the amount I am sending? Help!!!!

I would advise you to call the facility and ask them what type of funds they accept & the procedure to send. I know my PP can only receive US postal money orders. I send the money order directly to him...with his name & # on the order. They then put it in his account. I know there are international money orders you can purchase. I don't think the costs is that much...but not 100% sure. Also....you may have to be on your PP list to receive money. When I send...I have to write his mothers name as sender. I guess different states have different policies. I would call to verify first. You may can even look online for the state & facility where your PP is incarcerated...usually they have a policy manuel you can refer to.
You may need a form, i have to have one to send to my PP in Fl and I know that it has to be in US dollars,, that should not be a problem, but see if you have to have a form
