Last year i sent mine on december 1st & my pp in OR didn't get it til after xmas!!!!!

well we dont write as much anymore as we are using corrkins and are emailing each other at least 5-6 times a day...but on the occasions that we do send letters i know it takes about 5 days for him to get it....will send my christmas vard to him with plenty of time tho fingers crossed he will get it x

You have to include a few days for the mailroom as well, so probably best to go with the 4th to be on the safe side.
