2. Symbolically burn your negative self-talk list and visualize your emotional slate being wiped clean.
3. Begin to adopt a positive approach to life. For every negative thought you think about yourself, you must counter with a positive outlook. Make it a habit to repeat positive affirmations from your positive thoughts list, every day. If you were lacking in a certain job skill, then move forward by signing up for the appropriate training.
4. Write or type your positive affirmations and goals 49 times every day. Place in a metal box in the north west sector of your living room to encourage friendly mentor luck.
5. Take a good look around your home and office and try to target any negative symbolism or negative visual reminders of a situation or person who contributes to your negative feelings.
