I signed up and listed an inmate. Once I entered my payment info, an error message popped up stating the system had an issue...payment not processed, however, the payment was processed twice. Is there a customer service center or chat line for help?
Hello msmeka04, if you submitted two payments, we are happy to assist you; please go to https://writeaprisoner.com/contact-us and submit your information and that will be sent to our staff. There is information in the emailed receipts and on our FAQ page regarding the time frame required to post a page. We ask for a time frame of 8-12 days though there can be minimal delays due to high volume, missing content, or unscheduled maintenance. Get in touch and we can research the duplicate payment inquiry with the credit card authorization company and rectify any issue!

I CLICKED THE PAYMENT BUTTON TWICE AND IT STATED I DOUBLED PAYED SO I NEED TO FIND CONTACT INFORMATION TO CORRECT THIS.
