Northern yes I will definitely send him a letter to let him know I’m still here. We already discussed going snail mail if anything.
@Jujay All Federal facilites are on lockdown for at least 2 weeks could potentially be more. My husband doesn't have a tablet or access to corrilinks etc so I don't know how that plays out in a time like this. I know for the time being that him and I will get weekly calls (he has a phone brought to his cell) because he's checked with as many higher ups as he could. If the 2 of you always correpond by corilinks maybe try sending him a letter?
My pp who is in a federal prison, he usually writes me everyday on Corrlinks he already told me that if I don’t hear from him they would be on lockdown. I guess that’s what happened since I didn’t hear from him anymore. He’s in Estill South Carolina.
You are so sweet Lotus. He called me tonight and let me know that the inmate transferred who had a respiratory infection, tested negative for COVID 19. I am incredibly relieved. He let me know that staff was spraying some chemical all over the walls and floors that is suppose to kill COVID.
Thank you Northern! I saw on the news the Fed prisons were going to take stricter precautions with quarantine and cleaning so that's good news. I hope your husband is doing well, I feel like we all know him "by proxy" through you so I am cheering on his good health and your relationship, you two are a great couple.
