Has jpay mail been going slow for anyone else

Its not even really about the damn wall anymore. Its a symbolism of hate and division that I don't like that he seems to feed so well... Don't get me wrong I guess we all like an extended holiday every now and then...  It's more than that for the Dems... Its about trying to get the Repubs to realise how terrible this is... but its also a little bit of sadism coming in about the way the Republicans have treated Obama and his legacy.

I can understand (if not live your military experience) following orders regardless... I'm a Politics/International Relations major. I'm just a civilian though... Its a fairly conflicting thing going on... Build the damn wall and follow superior orders... Yeah on the other hand... The civilian world doesn't work like that and then we have to pick up the pieces and deal with the mess and chaos later like in Afganhistan, Iraq and Syria... People are getting tired of this and its easy to see why they're saying no more walls and no more wars...

The shutdown is getting ridiculous but it's not only Trump's fault. The democrats can cave anytime, but they choose to go on lavish vacations instead of compromising. I'm military, thankfully we're all getting paid THIS time. It's just a damn wall...just build the thing and get it over with. And no, Trump isn't the worst president. The statistics of the economy speak louder than media.I respect your opinion though. I do wish they would make up their mind....I'm sick of the mail taking forever and my penpal is wondering where I am....I'm here, but it's just taking longer than normal. For the sake of COs. Etc. I pray it ends soon.  

The shut down is getting full scale ridiculous. Now whether you’re a conservative or otherwise you have to admit that Donald Trump is the worst. President. Ever. It wont be so long now until we see a full scale revolt in the Republican party and even Republicans will start crossing the floor. But this is exactly what the Democrats are hoping to achieve.

That said I am fan of impeach 45 so whatever... if my comments offend you know where I'm coming from...

It's been really slow to WA DOC (AHCC) specifically since the 20th.  I know my "inmate" will eventually receive the emails, but sometimes it takes several days.  This is quite frustrating.

A lot of people are looking at other options or having to go to charities for food, there are TSA officers at the airport playing loud hip hop and rock music with swear words without even caring what people think. I wonder how long it will be before federal and state prison officers stop giving a damn about their jobs.

21 Jan was Martin Luther King Jr Day, so if it got caught in the fliter it will be another day before it gets released, maybe two if there is a big backlog of letters to review.

Yeah, the shutdown starts to show its effects, I am not sure if all employees are still going to work.

I can tell you I'd not, if I wouldn't be paid and no one would tell me how long this was to last.

And since last autumn I'm working for a federal agency here in Germany as well. If the government did it here, I'd call my two other offers (whom I declined) and ask them if they'd have a vacancy again. If yes, I'd be gone.  

My PP and I write everyday and talk on the phone as much as we can when they get yard. I haven’t gotten any letters in almost 7 days and he said he has written 2 or more. It’s going VERY slow lately. 

It’ll be down to the specific facility your pp is at rather than JPay itself

I use JPay for one of my pen pals.   During the week I'll get his emails about every other day, but it's not uncommon for it to be slower over the weekends.  Maybe your pal is out of stamps, or he just hasn't had time to write recently.  Could be a number of things holding it up, give it time.
