Does anyone know what states allow inmates to email back on jpay? Instead of snail mail? I’ve noticed some accounts say leave your address on the message but some don’t. Thank you :)

Go to jpay and click on 'prison search'. Select a state and then pick a prison. If it says 'outgoing email', they have the option to send jpays in that particular prison.
The best way is to use the prison search on the main website.
Select your state, then prison.
This will list what is offered at that particular facility...
Videograms
Video visits
Incoming mail
Outgoing mail
Payments.
Simply looking for a pre paid reply does guarantee a reply, however some facilities will allow two way communication without offering this option to the correspondant/inmate.

I would say to look and see if it allows you the option to include a prepaid reply.
If the option is there they can. If its not there I would guess they cant
Hey there. Go to JPay and add them there. You’ll see who has the ability to write you back via JPay or those who can only receive printouts. Also, some states don’t allow any JPay communication at all. Just input their name and ID to add them.
