hi my brother is in a indiana prison, and he told me the last time i talked to him that he cant finish his schooling becasue the place where they do it is closed do to something was taken from there.. But he was told that since its been closed that they are with holding him on his release date due to the fact as soon as he takes his 2 fianls and that grades come in he only has to serve 45 more days... his fianals are sitting there waiting on him... Is there any way that he can go about seeing how he can take them i mean can they really stop him from taking them fianals, i am curious

pam, my first instinct tells me to do 1 o 2 things. I may be wrong here, since I've never come across this before. 1) find out the name of the school from your brother and then contact the school to find out what about his finals and what can be done. 2) contact the warden's office and talk to them and see what can be done. wow..this is awful, almost like they don't even want them to better themselves. I hope something gets resolved and soon.
