And his first title, The Beginning of the End: It Starts, by John K. Williamson, is now available on Amazon, both in paperback and on kindle. His profile is active on here too if you want to look him up.

He’s a genuine good guy and hopeful the proceeds will help in his legal battle to get the hell out of prison – not only that, but to tee-up future publishing as his books two and three are in the works. I just heard from him this morning and he’s kind of down. Initial sales are thin. I have zero problem with shameless promotion as I’m doing that with libraries and bookstores where I live, and here I am doing it some more. So, please consider an awesome title for your very own, and supporting one of the good guys while you're at it.

J.K., and his friend the yellow motorcycle thank you.

Thanks a million for posting the synopsis Jen! And OMG Violet! That’s crazy!

The cool thing about JK’s facility is they let mere mortals send books in directly (provided they’re packaged according to regulations – those clear bubble-wrap mailers inside a manila outer wrapper are fine). So, I got a copy here, sent it in, wired my bud some money for return postage, and got back a SIGNED FIRST EDITION!!! I almost don’t want to crack it open. It’s like a precious heirloom. So, I just got the kindle version to actually read. I know. Call me nuts :-D

I’ll be sure to pass your congratulations along to my bud!

A-W-E-S-O-M-E-!

I wish the shipping wasn't so damn expensive to NZ! I might have to go the Audio book option as the total comes out to $62NZD!!! But I would love to read it and support your friend. Writing a book from prison and certainly an accomplishment. Pass on my congratulations to your friend for me Mr. Yellow Motorbike :D

Congrats to your friend!! Have you read the book yet? I just looked it up, sounds interesting. For anyone else:
"John Hill and Marvino Buck sit in a prison cell, watching the world fall apart on the news. Janay Williamson, a guard at the Cook County Jail, finds herself surrounded by violent men when civilization begins to crumble. Henry Haynes is a doctor in the middle of his shift when he notices the hospital is eerily silent. None of them knew the world would end that day. Now that it has, they all will have to fight to stay alive. With the world collapsing all around them, death seems imminent. Surviving quickly becomes all that there is. The only thing separating life from death is who wants it more. Who has the strongest will to survive? All seems lost at the beginning of the end . . ."
