Hi ya all, this message is for my pp, he is in a prison in Florida sentenced for life. He wants to get a new trial because he believe his sentencing is to hard on him, he tries to get a new trial on his own but he can't get any steps further and he bagged me to try to find somebody who could help him. Does anyone know anybody who could?
I don't know where to start to find some help so that's why I post this message.

I would "google" criminal defense attorney's in his area, some give free consultation, but no free service. I have been told you could spend about $22000 dollars going thru the process and there are no guarantees. There are some who will take strong, not-guilty cases, for less fees and free (makes for good advertising). Make sure you check or ask about success rates.
