Hi, I received a letter today from one of my new pals, (only my second letter from him)and he has asked me if I could print out a list of the scheduled executions for him. He says 3 of his friends have been executed in the last 4 weeks where he is housed, he's in Polunsky on DR. I dont mind doing this but will it get to him, even if I cut off the website address. Also, if I do send it and put it in the same envelope as my letter will they return my whole letter or just the printout if it's not allowed.
Not sure what to do,
Any help appreciated, many thanks,
sam

Sam, speaking personally for myself i would not send the list he has requested, only because i believe no good can come of it.(my opinion) Also i doubt very much if it would be passed on. In the past when i passed something on with a letter that was not allowed, the letter was put forward but not the other part. I was then given a notice as he was too.

I do not believe that it would make thur the prison mail system and you would get that back with a nasty note. I do agree that no good would come of that.

Hi, thanks for the replies.
I did think it was a bit of an unusual request and I dont want any bad comeback for myself or my pal, so I'm not going to do this. Maybe he was asking me because I'm a new pal, he does have other pals he writes to so it is a bit strange that he asked me.
maybe a bit of a test for me. Shall I just explain that I didn't think he would receive it. I know his letter was read before it was sent because the envelope was ripped and then taped down.
Thanks again you've set my mind at ease.

It's kind of a strange request, but then he's in a strange position being on DR. I think I would send it (though some post here could change my mind, curious to see more responses).
