So I'm going to visit my man in June. It'll be the first time since before he was sentenced.

He is due to be bench warranted back to county soon for the appeal. Does anyone know if that means his visitation will be as per county jail regulations (1 hour window visit based on distance) or as per his TDCJ custody status (4-hour visits based on distance and 3 contact visits a month - he's a G3)?

Confused!

More than likely county rules. Sorry. :(

That's what I was going to say. If he's at county it will be county rules.

Yup, jail rules not TDCJ.

Sigh.... as suspected!

At least they allow daily visits at county. If I time things correctly I could end up visiting 4 days in a row, albeit for an hour at a time.

Better then nothing though...
