I'm trying to make an JPay account, but it doesn't let me.

How do I do that?

Go to https://www.jpay.com/
At the upper left, “Sign up and start today”, select the state from the drop-down menu (for federal inmates, use “District of Columbia”) and enter the inmate ID #, omit any spaces, dashes, and hashtags.
Hit “next” and follow the remaining prompts.
