The last few days jpay has been slow. Usually my husband and I email anywhere from 5-10 times a day. But lately its been slower and now I'm not getting any and none of sending?
My husband is in Boise. ID. They are also on lockdown so he cant call :( anyone else have issues with Jpay?

Could be. They sent this email earlier today, titled "Kiosks Email Issues"...

Dear JPay Customer,

We are experiencing issues with JPay logins so your loved one may not be able to reach you via email communications and/or you may experience difficulties logging into your JPay account.  We are working diligently to fix this issue and will alert you once the issue is resolved.
