Jpay has issues
Hey everyone.
Inmates from the state Idaho seem to have some issues with Jpay (Since february 17th) I tried to connect them through multiple social medias but i haven't got any answers. As for the prison my friend is in (IMSI) told me they haven't got any problems on their side. I decided to make a little groupchat with people that experience the same issue so please hit me up with your username on instagram to join it, or discuss it here.
Yes it's so annoying! Some of my messages are taking days to go through when they used to take a couple of hours and he is also in Idaho!
Can i ask what prison your inmate is in? we're with like four people already who have issues with idaho
